What's the lowest angle (DPS) possible with the R2 Standard?

I'm trying to sharpen to 10-12 DPS. Is this possible with Hapstone, or should I be looking at TSProf?

With the standard angled clamps in the Hapstone R2 Standard, and using an average to small size pocket knife, you can sharpen down to approximately 14 degrees per side. If your knife has a wide blade, then the sharpening angle can be much lower.
The Hapstone "Lite" clamps, using an average size and grind pocket knife, can sharpen down to approximately 11 degrees per side.
We also sell a set of Hapstone Wholemilled Fillet clamps for very low sharpening angles.
