This would largely depend on what type of final cutting edge you prefer to have on the knife. Finishing with the finest TSPROF diamond bonded plate will give a very sharp, but still slightly toothy edge. To continue on towards mirror polish and an edge with minimal scratch marks, then we suggest using a finer stone like the Venev 1500 grit (which is about a 5000-6000 Japanese equivalent grit). After this, you can continue on to approximately 2 micron or less strops.
If you want to give the micro serrated edge a slight polish (after only using the TSPROF stones mentioned), then you could go for a slightly higher grit film (around 10 micron or so) to start with and see what type of edge you prefer.
It is very much a matter of personal preference.
