It's not a good idea, unless you don't mind the possibility of the surface of the 120 silicon carbide stone being ground much finer by the spyderco.
In general, loose grit silicon carbide is better for flattening stones, and then discarded when the loose grit has been ground too fine due to stone flattening abrasion.
