I have a "KAKBRITVA" sharpening system, which set of stones would work better for this unit? Wide or Narrow.

This would really depend on your personal preference. If you sharpen mostly standard knife grinds, then a regular wide set would work well. Both wide and narrow stones will fit in the KakBritva stone clamps.
