You can buy K03 Expert and heavy base (TSPROF or Gritomatic) separately.

I recently purchased the KO-3 Master Kit, and now I'm needing to purchase the extended angle adjuster - separately.
Now, I have an expensive spare part that's never been used .
Rather disappointed...
