Which is more precise and accurate, the Goniometer Pro or Goniometer Lite? In other words which is better, 2.7mm or 1.7mm? Which would be best for 1.25 inch wide blade?

The accuracy in both are very similar. The primary difference is that the Lite version does not have magnetic knife holders or an adjusting mechanism, so you just hold the knife by hand in the lite version.
