Can I use oil with these stones? I see people using oil on YT. Some say its better especially with the OCB stones?

Yes, you can use oil. Oleic oil is a popular choice but note that once you've used oil, it will penetrate and forever be an oil stone. Soapy water works perfectly fine on these stones and will result in a hair splitting edge. The main benefit of soapy water is that it's easy to keep the stones clean.
