Either option would be a solid choice. The Hapstone R2 Lite clamps are very versatile though, and remain one of my favorite choices.
The nice thing about the Twin R2 lite clamps, is the fact that they are separate, individual clamps and you could even remove one of them if you need to sharpen a very small knife.
When using them, make sure one of the clamps is clamped on the flat "tang" / "ricasso" section of your blade and the blade will be as solid as can be.
Also be sure to order yourself a Leading Edge V-block clamp support too. This is a must-have item to make sure there is no flex while sharpening with a Work Sharp precision adjust.
