Q - Hi. I own a TSprof k03 and my single fillet clamp is really messed up. I've been working with the manufacturer trying to figure out how to correct it but only determined I'm not doing anything wrong. Are there any more detailed instructions? This is just a shot in the dark because I'm stuck and I've only used the clamp enough to determine that there's something wrong with it. Thanks.
A - Not sure if you have attempted this, but try and unscrew and disassemble your single fillet clamp completely. Remove and clean all the screws, inspect the slots in the spring plate and threaded holes in the rear blocks and clamps to make sure you don't have stripped or cross-threaded threads / screws. Reassemble, check, measure and perfectly align it part by part to see if you can find the problem. You may also have to reverse and /or flip your spring plates to see where the misalignment is from. Hope this helps!
