It's not electroplated, It's actually a metallic bonded copper/zinc mix with CBN rectangular block which is attached to an aluminum backing plate.
Is CBN electroplated to the 3mm plate that is attached to aluminum base? Or is 3mm actual usable CBN material? Poltava Premium Metallic CBN Stone [6 "x 1"]]
Is 3mm CBN plate usable throughout entire 3mm or is CBN material electroplated to the metal plate than attached to aluminum base?
