Is there a minimum blade width for this attachment? Can you sharpen small knives such as victornix on it?

There is no minimum width or size. I often sharpen my own Victorinox blades on my Leading Edge platform. The only thing you might possibly find if you're sharpening a tiny blade with a heavy handle (like a Victorinox officer suisse model for example) is that you'll need to lightly hold it in place while sharpening. If you have a very thin and very narrow blade and you want extremely low sharpening angles, you can also remove the 3-point knife guide and get as low as you want to with your angles.
