Is the hard anodized Aluminum blanks available in the 6” x 1” x 5mm thick? I noticed you have regular blanks in 5mm
Hard-Anodized Polished Blank [6" x 1"]
Is the anodized Aluminum blanks you offer the same as the Hard Anodized Aluminum the information and descriptions used has me confused? I’m looking for Hard Anodized because they really do make a huge difference when using lapping paper. I would like the 6”x 1” x 5mm not the 3mm. The aluminum blanks that are 3mm thick are to thin for my lapping purposes. You offer blanks with glass which makes the thickness 5mm. I have found the Hard Anodized Aluminum is as good or better than glass for lapping paper because they don’t scratch or get pits etc like regular aluminum. Making it perfect for using diamond PSA Lapping paper.
All I’ve found on your website is the 6”x1”x 3mm Hard Anodized Aluminum Blanks. Can I order what I’m needing if you don’t have them in stock?
