Q - Which one is better for stropping? Or a combination of both gives better results?
A - There is no real better or worse, it's mostly about personal preference. Kangaroo leather is much thinner as opposed to cowhide which is a little thicker. Depending on how you strop and which one you prefer, both work very well.
