What is deemed to be better Shapton Pro or Naniwa Chosera, I am sharpening High Alloy Steels, S90V magnacut etc.

For your steels (and future high vanadium carbide steels you might want to sharpen), I would suggest only getting yourself some diamond based stones, such as Venev resin based, Edge Pro matrix or similar type stones. They will work far better with high vanadium carbide based and modern "super" steels. They will also sharpen any other steel for that matter.
