Q - I have a Kadet pro and the stock clamps don't seem too work well with my collection. What would you recommend for PM2's & Bugouts and othe similar in geometry type knives. I guess you could say EDC tactical type knives. Thought center clamp was the way to go but saw another answer to a question that made me think a pair of single clamps would work best. Thank you!!

A - Before looking at other clamps, try a different clamping technique that works very well for most EDC type knives and the standard Kadet clamps. Use one of the clamps on the flat "tang" section of your blade (just in front of the handle), and the other clamp about an inch or so back from the tip.
Most knives clamp well this way but if you have some really stubborn knife grinds, then 2 "standard" TSProf clamps will work. They can adjust their geometry (within reason) to work with many FFG knives.
Your other option can be Hapstone R2 standard angled clamps and Gearconnect adapters on your Kadet.
If you really still struggle, then the Leading Edge core magnetic platform for the Kadet also works well with some stubborn grinds.
