Do I need to recalibrate the axicube if I change to Kadet clamps? Kadet is whole mill shorter than ko3 fillet clamp

I have both the Kadet Pro and now the KO3 Pro. The KO3 came with whole milled fillet clamps and single fillet clamp. My kadet has the whole mill clamps with L brackets. If I use those clamps on KO3, do I need to recalibrate the axicube?

Axicube-i sets its calibration to a 14 degree reference angle so only changing clamps won't affect its calibration angle. What does affect the calibration angle, is moving your sharpener to another location on your table or even rotating it in the same spot if your table is not perfectly level.
