I understand this is a tsprof product, but can it (or similar) be used on an Edge Pro Apex or Professional?

No, this is designed to be used in the 2 piece TSProf sharpening rods. The thread and sizing only works for the TSProf K03 rods. Edge Pro rods are designed very differently and won't work with this convex adapter.
