Are the Hapstone R2 Opti clamps similar to the Tsprof K03 fillet whole mill clamps that allow for better low angle sharpening? Especially will narrow blades

Yes, they will allow lower angles than standard clamps, but they do not work as
as the K03 fillet clamps with thin and small blades.
