If you're after speed and quick re-profiling, then none of those will be as good as a diamond plate.
Any of the low grit diamond plates will work well.

I agree with Leading Edge. He told me the same thing but I thought "surely the Poltava 60 grit metallic bonded CBN will be a beast.." so I bought one. It's pretty decent at removing material, and leaves a shallower scratch pattern, but it's noticably slower than my Atoma 140 plate that's already well broken in.
