No, due to the type of design it cannot use a stop collar on the rearwards pull sharpening stroke.
Is there a stop collar to prevent you from pulling the arm out too far? Hapstone Afinador de cuchillo RS
I saw you can purchase one, but I only see how that would prevent you from pushing the arm too far in, not the other way around
