That depends on the solvent used in the paste and on personal preference. Some cheap pastes do not use solvents that always work well.
Is strop emulsion recommended over paste on this leather type? Cowhide Leather Strop on Anodized Blank [6" x 1"]
I’m having trouble getting a cheap Amazon diamond paste to absorb into this leather. Should I be using something other than paste?
