It will handle it without any problem. You don't have to clamp the cleaver blade all the way deep into the clamps, just deep enough to hold it securely.
Will this handle a Japanese vegetable cleaver? KakBritva Luch Knife Sharpener
How deep of a blade will this handle? Can’t find size limits for this system. Need to be able to handle veggie cleavers.
