Boride PC Stone 6" x 1" Steel type?
Boride PC -Stein [6 "x 1"]
Can the Boride PC Stone be used to polish blades after using Boride CS-HD stones on S45VN steel? If not, what type of polishing stones are recommended before stropping with diamond emulsion on cowhide leather? Perhaps Jende Diamond resin stones?

Yes it can be used and will work, but S45VN does have some harder vanadium-chromium carbides and a diamond / CBN stone progression would work better. My personal suggestion would be Venev diamond or CBN resin based stones or Edge Pro matrix (a.k.a. CGSW Columbia Gorge stoneworks) resin diamond stones.
