3 Questions: JIG info Stone thickness adjustment. Scissor attachment. Toohr #3 [NOVA] Knife Sharpener

1. Someone asked about the JIG, but received a non sequitur reply re: "Naniwa stones..."
- I was hoping that referred to a 90° elbow for the clamps as a scissors add-on.
- Either way, a jig doesn't sound like a stone. :)

2. Is there an optional FINE TUNING ADD-ON..?
- As the rod's pivot point screws into the base, a fine-tuning add-on is certainly possible. Any hope of a product?

3. Are any of the existing SCISSOR ADD-ONS compatible..?
- EG: SKU: KAZAK-SCISSORS

4. A telescopic rod for the stone holder would make the footprint of FAS smaller. Might want to look into what's required to make a modular unit which requires only replacing the components to make them compatible for each mfr to maximise sales.

5. Were I in your position, I'd recommend mfrs consider as a policy of future revisions:
- A) A base that's easily compatible with magnetic knife holders and scissors
- B) A base that's compatible with a vice.
- C) Mounting location for a gooseneck (articulating arm) LED light.
- D) Premium option for mounting a camera; though, perhaps the inevitable vibration makes that a bad idea.
- E) Maybe a trading post for people to buy and sell stones..? Though it may be a conflict of interest.

1. The "JIGS" question refers to the Jende JIGS stone selection choice offered with this sharpener. It has nothing to do with a Jig for the system.

2. A fine tuner is not needed for this system, because the whole rack and pinion is a fine tuning system.

3. Yes, you can use the Leading Edge Core upgrade for TSProf on this system. It includes a scissors clamp. Link below-
