Is it necessary flattering the ceramic stones after time?How can I do it?

After substantial time it might be necessary, but typically they will last a long time before you need to flatten them. Regular cleaning is required though. When you eventually need to flatten them, you can use a diamond plate or even simply silicon carbide powder on a flat surface.
