The thumb screw sold in this link has a head size of 20mm in diameter and the length of the threaded rod is 30mm. This is a very nice thumb screw size for comfortable use, not only for TSProf but various other systems also.

I’ve run into this exact question while working with the K03 Pro Whole Milled clamp. The oversized knob is an M5×30 knurled thumbscrew. It’s tricky to source because most standard M5 thumbscrews come with much shorter thread lengths.
When I look for specialty fasteners for tool‑fixture builds, I always pay close attention to thread length and head diameter. Finding properly sized machine screws is critical to keep homemade and commercial jigs working reliably.
