Hi Mike,
KME does not list what grit rating they use, and Gritomatic does not sell the KME branded stones so it is hard to tell what grit they are.
What I can tell you, is that even the coarsest diamond resin stone will not cut as fast as a coarse diamond plated stone so it is worth having at least one diamond plated stone in your sharpening arsenal for quick stock removal, bevel setting and chip removal if needed.
Beyond that, my recommendation for a set of Centaur (or Cerberus if you prefer 4 inch stones) Venev diamond resin stones would be the the 80/150, the 240+400 and the 800+1200 stones.
