I need help and to be contacted back the gear connect kit to fit the clamp is way off and doesn’t work. So I can’t KakBritva Wide Central Clamp Adapter for Work Sharp Precision Adjust

The worksharp precision adjust clamp kit I bought doesn’t from you with the kakBritva wide clamp and gear
Connnect kit. The gear connect attachment is made terrible off and doesn’t fit the worksharp magnetic attachment. Making my purchase no work and my employee that uses this system also not able to complete his work with it. Please help and send me one that fits correctly. Please make sure to carefully view the installation video and follow the steps. Specifically look at the alignment of the spacer in the back of the Kakbritva clamp.
