Try to position the holder the other way around on the guide rod.
How do you configure it so that the whole stone can reach the edge of the blade w/o the tube blocking? Власник загальної метальної кам'яни
The metal tubing attached to the part blocks the holder from sliding up the rod enough to allow all parts of the stone to hit the blade.
