Most (even inexpensive) low grit 1x6 inch diamond (or CBN) plated stones work very well for bevel setting and hard work. Something inexpensive will do just fine. Around about +/- 100grit would be a good choice.

If you want to go "all out" for the best and most expensive option, then an "Atoma" 140 is a good one, but expensive and really not necessary. Just replace the cheap plate once in a great while when so needed.
