This is a Gritomatic design, specifically made to mount a Kakbritva Central wide clamp on a TSProf K03/Kadet/Pioneer. It is not designed for any other systems. Depending on the dimensions, it may or may not work but I cannot confirm this.
Just a note - contrary to popular belief, you do NOT need to mount your blade in the center of your sharpening system bar. It can be mounted off to either side without affecting your sharpening angle. This is a very commonly misunderstood fact. The reason why many internet "experts" (clueless in reality) recommend mounting a blade in the center is completely wrong, and they "confirm" their incorrect assumptions by the use of basic digital angle cubes - not at all designed to measure in a 3 axis environment. Basic angle cubes should only ever be used when rotated 90 degrees to the sharpening system bar, don't ever use them rotated even slightly clockwise or anticlockwise or they will measure completely inaccurately.
Again, you can mount your knife off to the side and your sharpening angle will NOT be affected. This can be confirmed by using a 3 axis angle cube designed specifically for such measurements, or by measuring your sharpening angle with a laser edge goniometer after sharpening.
