What stones are recommended with this magnetic table? Many stones are ferromagnetic and won’t work, correct?

Depending on the size and thickness of the blade, ferromagnetic plates will still work but for smaller knives non-ferromagnetic stones would be better. For all knife steels, I would recommend either diamond/CBN resin or diamond/CBN metallic bonded stones. Metallic bonded stones use a copper/tin alloy and is not ferromagnetic.
