I have the Venev Orion Series OCB 400 and the OCB 1200 do these need to be flattened and how do I clean after use

What do I use to flatten if they need it and how do I clean them after being used a few times.

For the very rare occasions that they might need flattening, you can use a hard surface and silicon carbide powder.
For regular maintenance and cleaning, you can use a nagura conditioning stone, such as the King Nagura (available on Amazon). Simply rub the nagura stone against the Venev stone under running water to clean and condition the surface.
