Recommendation for first stone set pls.: Venev Centaur dual sided or the Atoma 4-piece set?
I'm finalizing obsessive reading/research and hoping to pull trigger on Hapstone RS sharpener purchase; now just need to pick what stones to get w/ it. For personal use (EDC & Kitchen knives) would you recommend the Centaur double sided set of 3 or the Atoma single-side set of four stones?
