Thank you for telling me that the tan side is the cutting side. I have been using the tan side for several months.
But the Venev Orion I bought hardly cut. What am I doing wrong? I have some sharpening experience with wood-working tools, using both natural stones as well as synthetic. But I never had a problem like this. In yesterday's email I listed the grits I bought.
